COFFEE
Ok, this isn’t something I’ve been a part of creating. But I like coffee, matcha, and the atmosphere in my favourite independent coffee shops, and I hope I’m playing a small part in their economic success. As they say, the Enlightenment might not have happened without coffee – more precisely, the Coffeehouses that became a social space to exchange new ideas and writings.
